Health depends on electrical energy, on the life force that God breathed into the nostrils of man. The apostle John emphasized God’s desire for us: “Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health” (3 John 2).
Due to the degradation of sin and the choices we make, we’re usually ill, and our health is nonexistent. We do a lot of exertion with our minds. We study. We read. We contemplate on things. The problem is that we don’t balance that with physical exercise, so the life force diminishes within us dramatically.
If we want to revitalize that God-given energy, it’s critical for us to get more oxygen. It’s critical to get the sunlight, for it will recharge the internal electrical system. We need the fresh air, sunshine, and exercise to increase circulation to draw blood from the feet to the head.
Another issue that clogs our systems is what we take into our bodies: what we breathe, what we eat, what we drink. God has given us seven elimination organs to purify our physical bodies: colon, liver, lungs, skin, lymphatic system, blood, kidneys. His design for us is “that these organs shall work together in harmony” (The Ministry of Healing, 234).
When these organs are in shape, they do a good job of eliminating impurities. The problem is that we have developed a taste for refined, processed, and manufactured toxins; thus, we obstruct the elimination necessary to keep our bodies finely tuned. In fact, we’re so polluted with toxins that the contamination is not allowed to escape, so those impurities are taken back into the blood and forced upon our internal organs. Even worse, we’re taking more poison into ourselves to heal illness when poison is the cause in the first place. We need to learn that there is another way to help ourselves get well.
Some Symptoms of Toxicity
- Muscle and joint pain
- Sinus problems
- Digestive and bowel problems
- Difficulty concentrating
- Food cravings
- Water retention
- Skin problems
- Bad breath
We need to learn that there is another way to help ourselves get well. If we want healing in our lives, you need to energize the body’s elimination system and eat the diet that God intended as laid out in the book of Genesis. We need to keep our elimination organs in the best condition possible to be in the best of health.
Danny Vierra, founder of the Modern Manna ministry and the BellaVita Lifestyle Center, explains in detail the role that the elimination organs play in keeping us healthy. He also shares why we're so toxic, why we’re so sick as a society, and how to correct the issues so that we may have vibrant health.
